Leaders can be Anyone
A leader is someone that people look up to to take action. Good leaders are not moved by positions or titles. They are action oriented, not afraid to attempt new things, takes initiative, and works toward something. Leaders must be open to the suggestions of others,, more importantly he or she must be willing to share the workload.

Spiritual Leaders Should be God Lead
Spiritual leaders should always trust God. (Proverbs 3:5-6) Knowing and trusting God keeps a leader focused on the goal and task at hand. Having a prayer life is a must. It is through prayer that one gains strength and direction. Nehemiah's task was to rebuild God's temple during the second temple period. Your task may be to help rebuild the church, rebuild trust amongst those you are leading, or to rebuild a ministry previously neglected. Whichever, a good leader shows himself friendly.
Because that's what good leaders do.
A Good Leader Will Always Be Ready
A leader can only be ready if he or she is adequately equipped . No one can successfully lead unprepared.. Be ready so you don't have to get ready.

Leaders Must be Willing to Get Physical
A good Leader includes him or herself in the work to be done. Leaders do not just give orders. Good leaders realize that working at any level is a team effort.

Spiritual Leaders Know that God is No Respecter of Persons
Good leaders know when its time to pass the baton. One will invest their time and effort in others, so that when the time comes to do so the next leader will be well equipped to carry on the work. Good leaders are humble, have integrity, are committed, unprejudiced, passionate, compassionate. Spiritual leaders should be all of the above plus Spirit-led, Spirit-filled, and faithful.
Because that's who good leaders are and what they do.
