When Will You Come to Your Senses?

"'I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. '(Luke 15:18 NIV)

Haven't You had Enough?
I don't know what it will take for some of us to change our ways, I only know what it took me to change mine. I ran with many people in my life that I'd believed I had a connection with. Fortunately for me, I learned albeit the hard way. It took me many of disappointments to see that I was going the wrong way. The Word of God says, "Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. (1 John 2:15 NIV)
Turn Around Today
God is still calling "So, as the Holy Spirit says: Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion, during the time of testing in the wilderness, (Hebrews 3:7-8 NIV) The wilderness is not an amicable place to be. If you find yourself there for a season it should teach you that you don't want to remain there. Turn around. Don't allow the devil's lies to take a foot hold in your mind telling you that you'll never get out. God is still calling. Don't believe the devil telling you that God won't forgive you or give you another chance. Don't allow the wilderness to harden your heart. Like the prodigal son, come to your senses today. "The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. (Psalm 103:8 NIV) "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9 NIV) Jesus said, “The time has come, He said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”
Prayer
I pray that if you find yourself in the wilderness, that you don't let it harden your heart to God's voice.
