Jesus said, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you (Mathew 17:20).
Mustard Seed Faith
The Parable of the mustard seed is about focusing your faith on Jesus. God assures us that we can put our trust fully in Jesus. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him [Jesus] should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). "He [is the One who] was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Just believe. You can have mustard seed faith in Jesus and what He did on the Cross and He will carry you. Mustard seeds are about 1 to 2 millimeters. You may think God noticing faith that size is unimaginable, but He does notice and He will carry you through. Focus on Jesus. Don't trust your abilities. Trust God's power. Its not about the caliber of a man's faith, but the object.
Make Peace With God Today
Reconcile and make peace with God. Jesus died on the cross to make peace between us and God. "Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.(Romans 8:7). Jesus is the only way (John 14:6). There is nothing in this world that can bring a man peace with God. Faith the size of a mustard seed is a good place to start. The more you put your trust in God's Word and stay focused on Jesus, your faith will grow. Believe and confess. "For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10). The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the Power of God. "For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith (Romans 1:16-17).
