"Enter in at the straight gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and there will be many which take that rout: because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way which leads to life, there will not be many who find it (Matthew 7:13-14)
Stay Focused
Study God's Word to show yourself approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed; one who rightly handles the Truth of God's Word (2 Timothy 2:15). Present yourself a living sacrifice holy and pleasing to God (Romans 12:1). Believe in Him. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus) that WHOSOEVER believe in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Jesus paid it all. He is the only Way, the only Truth, and thee only Life. No one can come to God except by Him (John 14:6).
Don't Get Side Tracked
There are so many things lobbying for our attention. Today, Social Media is the biggest tool of the devil if not thee biggest. Its a trap for the lonely, friendly, depressed, oppressed, and everyone in between. Even Christians (born again believers) loose sight of God. Oh yeah! They mean well as they start off with good intentions and all, however many will and do loose focus. Instead of pleasing God, they become more focused on pleasing people. Almost everyone will begin to compete for followers. There will be pressure to perform in order to keep the number of followers up. Very soon after it all becomes about money, power, and respect. I think there is a song about this. First you get the numbers (followers), then you get the money, from whichever platform your earning money for through various collaborations, and money will appear to equal power, and then, in your mind or so you are will be told by Satan, you're a respected individual or rather influencer. What a heavy charge to be in such a position. To whom much is given much more is required (Luke 12:48). Don't blink though because if you don't do things the world's way, you get cancelled. However, if you do it God's Way He will never cancel you. He will never cancel anyone who serves Him and His purpose.
Do Not Love the World
"Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever (1 John 2: 15-17). That is, only what we do for Christ will last. Do it God's Way. Don't get side tracked. Feed God's sheep, not your image.
Take the Narrow Way
The way is so narrow you may miss it, if you're not focused. "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep clothing , but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You will know them by their fruit (Matthew 7:15-16). True prophets, leaders, Pastors, ... Men and Women of God do not use scripture to hold one captive. They don't add to, nor do they take away from scripture. True prophets are not religious, they are righteous. They make righteous judgments not based on your looks, wealth, or accolades. Like God, they are no respecter of persons. True prophets won't always have good news for you. They'd only have what you need to move forward. They deliver the truth of all of God's Word. They are led by the Spirit of God. They do not come with flashings lights, bling, and fancy high priced clothing. True prophets are humble, lowly, and will never draw attention to themselves. They will point you to Christ Jesus. Once you get in the Way stay there.
Praise God from Whom all blessings flow. Put it all in His hands. Have a blessed stress free worry free day on purpose, and never stop believing Jesus paid it all.
