The heart is deceitfully wicked; Who can know it? (Jeremiah 17:9). We must guard it with all diligence (Proverbs 4:23). God wants us to love Him from and with all of our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37). This is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices (Mark 12:33). Lord heal our hearts in order that we may live and love like you.
Do Love
In this life we will face some trials ( John 16:33). Everyone struggles with trials differently. Don't assume that a person has no faith according to what you see on the outside. God looks at the inside where a person's holiness is a matter of his or her heart condition (1 Samuel 16:7). Ask the Lord to help you see people as He sees them. We have all sinned and fall short of God's glory (Romans 3:23), yet God thought we were to die for (John 3:16). It took God to put it in your heart to follow His Son Jesus (John 6:44), and it will take God to do the same for those who haven't received the gift ....yet! God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). Be patient and do love (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). Love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:31)..in spite of. Every one of us are made in God's image (Genesis 1:27).
