Nourish your body with a proper diet so that it may afford you good health (Genesis 1:29). Take note of what triggers your various emotions, especially anger (proverbs 4:23). Consider your thoughts. If your thoughts are always negative, start thinking positive (Philippians 4:8). Become more aware of God's presence through your senses: (Psalm 34:8, Proverbs 20:12, 1 John 1:1); be present. Stay thirsty (Mathew 5:6). More importantly, live your best life now (Mathew 6:34). "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him (Colossians 3;17).
