Some people search all of their lives to find the right one. If we only took half the time to find Jesus, Who is not lost, but we are, we'd realize the right One has always been with us. "Where can we go to escape God's Spirit? Where can we flee from His presence? If we go up to the heavens, He's there; if we make our bed in the depths, God is there (Psalm 139:7-8). God said if we seek Him with our whole heart, we will find Him (Deuteronomy 4:29, Jeremiah 29:13).
Pursue A Relationship With God
"Seek you the LORD while he may be found, call you upon him while he is near (Isaiah 55:6). God is always knocking, but so often we do not hear Him because of all of what we care to attend to. he will not be kicking in your door. Following Jesus is a choice we have to make (Joshua 24:15). Waiting until tomorrow to choose may be too late. "No man, only God, knows the hour or day that Jesus will return (Mark 13:32).
When You Find Him Go Tell It
"I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears (Psalm 34:4). When we become broken and ashamed of our actions, contrite in spirit, even remorseful, that's when you find God. He was always waiting "with a mighty hand and outstretched arm; His love endures forever (Psalm 136:12). Then Jesus said to them, "So wherever you go in the world, tell everyone the Good News (Mark 16:15).
