Christ ( The Bridegroom) Is Coming Back For His Bride (The Church)

What Is The Church?

The Church is not a building made with brick and mortar. It is a body of believers who have surrendered their lives, and wills to Christ. Those who have decided to follow Jesus; disciples.

Who Is A Disciple?

A disciple is anyone who answered the call. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). A disciple's only desire is to become the bride of Christ, without a spot or wrinkle (whosoever will) .

“If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” (Luke 9:23). And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.” (1 John 3:3).

God's Amazing Grace

God’s Grace is amazing, but if one doesn't follow Christ in this life, he will not be able to follow Christ into Life Eternal in heaven.

"The dead do not praise the Lord, Nor any who go down into silence (Psalm 115:17).

Only those who died in Christ, as believing disciples, will, along with the living, be caught up to meet Christ when He comes.

What Does The Word Of God Say?

“....The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:8-9).

"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And we shall always be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

Jesus Christ is the Bridegroom, and He will know you on the day He descends from heaven to collect those who belong to Him. (Philippians 3:8-10). The living are still able to follow Jesus on this way of denying self and overcoming sin. That does not mean that you will be sinless. However, one can and will overcome the temptation of sin, if he is a disciple.

"No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
