Why Fellowship?

Fellowship is friendly association with a person, or group of people who share the same interests. It can take place in one's home, at a luncheon, or in his community. Everyone in this world needs encouragement, and support. To be able to relate to someone or something, and share companionship, helps one to experience a healthy well-being, and longevity. As Christians fellowship with all men is a must, especially with those who are of the household of faith. "As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith (Galatians 6:10).

Why Must Christians Fellowship, Especially With Those Of The

Household Of Faith?

When Christians gather together in Jesus name, He is in the mist (Mathew 18:20). We strengthen one another for the task, which is to stay focused on winning souls for Christ, as commissioned by Jesus when He said, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen (Mathew 28:19-20). It is a must that Christians encourage one another in the Faith, especially during these last days.

Let Us Hold Fast To The Profession Of Our Faith

There are a lot of things in this world that oppose God's Word, and has the potential to shake one's Faith. The Christian fellowship not only helps one to remain on task, but it also helps one remain focused on the promise. God promised the believer Salvation and Victory over sin through His Son Jesus Christ' shed blood on the Cross. "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19). "Let us hold fast the profession or our Faith without wavering; for God is faithful Who Promised (Hebrews 10:23).
