Why don't you love me? is the question asked in many volatile relationships. Volatile relationships are relationships where there is frequent fighting and hurting. They are explosive; threatening to break out into open violence. However, love is not supposed to be volatile.
How Do You Love Someone?
When you love someone you have a profound tender, passionate affection for that person. Love is the object of attachment, devotion, or admiration. It is unselfish, loyal and benevolent. Love shows concern for the good of another: such as the fatherly concern of God for humankind; brotherly concern for others.
What Does The Bible Says About Love?
"Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each other], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things. Love never fails... (1 Corinthians 13:4-8).
God Loves You
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16).
