Remember When..

Remember when, as a kid, there was certain rules set in order to keep us safe. Some of them was so stringent they seemed, almost, impossible to follow. Don't do this, don't touch that, or else. We did the best we could to not follow them.

I am grown now, heck, 'I am 18' is what some of us said . Little did we know what being grown consisted of. Never could we have imagined all of the duties, and dangers; our parents made being grown look easy.

The Danger

So much danger and unsavory things that surround us. Some situations we put ourselves in, others occur. When we disobey rules that are designed to keep us safe, we are putting ourselves in danger. If we blow a stop it may kill, not only us, but others. how many near death experiences have you escaped from? How many of those experiences are ones, that you know you didn't get yourself out of.

Prayer Is the Golden Rule

One rule I will always remember, is to pray. Pray when you wake, before you eat, before you sleep, literally before you do anything. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He (God) shall direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6). And God keeps His Word.

Moral of this Blog

No matter what we do, or where we find ourselves, always pray. God is able to bring us out of every situation. Wherever we are, He Is. His going forth is from the end of Heaven, and his circuit until the ends of it: and there in nothing hid from the heat thereof (Psalm 19:6). There is no where we can go beyond God's sight, presence, and power, because God Is Omniscient (all Knowing), Omnipresent (Everywhere), and Omnipotent (all Powerful). so we can...

Rejoice ever more. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the Will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).

Be Encouraged!
